White Peony Tea

Description

This white peony tea is plucked and made of the part “the two leaves and a bud “of a tea tree from the camellia sinensis plant produced in 2021 from FuDing City , FuJian province, China, which is known for producing some of the highest quality white tea in the world. The unopening tea buds supply its floral notes and the tea leaves add more fruity and delicate sweetness

About this tea：

The appearance of the tea is like two green leaves holding a silver-white velvet flower, just like the first release of a bud, hence the name White Peony.

Our white tea produced originally from FuDing city of FuJian province, China, it has been processed by the experienced master, it is dried and weathered naturally by the sunshine thus it is more aromatic

White teas deepen in flavor with age, and this high-grade FuDing White Tea is from 2021. The white tea is considerably picky for the environment including the climate, landform, season etc. The average altitude of FuDing city is 500-800m, the average temperature is 61°F , the sunshine throwing is enough and the rainfall is rich.

White Peony tea unfolds like a delicate blossom, with its petals whispering notes of honeysuckle and fresh meadow flowers and a hint of the gardenia and orchid fragrance.

Bright and gentle fragrance with a hint of honeyed nectar, with notes of dew-kissed petals, balances subtle hints of orchard fruits with the elegance of jasmine

Traditional Tea Preparation:

Add 5g to a gaiwan or gongfu teapot (per 150ml).

Use 190°F water.

rinse  this tea using the first infusion

Infuse 1st brew for 6-8 seconds and decant.

Infuse 2nd brew for 10 seconds.

Repeat several times, brewing until the flavor and aroma of the tea dissipates. As the tea leaves expand and unfurl, increase the infusion time to coax out more of the flavor and aroma.
