This white peony tea is picked from the “two leaves and one bud” part of the tea tree produced in Fuding, Fujian Province, China in 2021, a city known for producing the highest quality white tea in the world. The unopened tea buds provide its floral aroma, and the tea leaves add more fruity aroma and delicate sweetness

The tea looks like two green leaves holding a silver-white velvet flower, just like a bud just blooming, hence the name white peony.

Compared with ordinary white peony tea, Yufeng Collection White Peony Tea has more buds, richer floral aroma and higher sweetness.

Our white tea is native to Fuding, Fujian Province, China, processed by experienced masters, and naturally dried and weathered by the sun, so it is more fragrant

The older the white tea, the more fragrant it is. This high-end Fuding white tea is produced in 2021. White tea has high environmental requirements such as climate, terrain, and season. Fuding City has an average altitude of 500-800 meters, an average temperature of 61°F, sufficient sunshine, and abundant rainfall.

White Peony Tea is like a delicate flower, with petals that exude the aroma of honeysuckle and fresh grass flowers, and a hint of gardenia and orchid.

Traditional Tea Preparation:
Water temperature:95-100℃/203-212℉

Gaiwan(120ml):3-5 seconds

Teapot(250ml):Not Recommend

Number of steeps per time:10-15 steeps in 120ml Gaiwan

Repeat several times until the flavor and aroma of the tea dissipates. As the tea leaves swell and unfold, increase the steeping time to bring out more flavor and aroma.
